The Problem, Solution, Mission & Need
The Problem
At present there are thousands of families who have qualified to receive subsidized housing benefits through HUD VASH and Section 8 programs, but there are not enough homes available for them to move into, so there are several thousands of families, on growing waiting lists that have to wait years for housing availability. These families are waiting to make a new start while staying with relatives and friends, living in homeless shelters, or living in their cars or on the streets of San Diego County without a home to call their own. Without a home address, it very difficult for these families to acquire jobs or to place their children in schools or to provide a stable home environment.
The Elohim Group Foundation (TEG) currently has only 6 homes available for qualified VASH and Section 8 families. In the past, homes were bought by TEG, then remodeled and made available. The cost to continue operating in this manner has become prohibitive. TEG does not like to shut out families in need when there is something more we can do… TEG now has a Solution and YOU can join us!
The Solution
TEG is adding Multi-Family (apartment communities) investments, in addition to our conventional purchasing of existing homes, to expand our ability to provide more housing for families in need. In order to create more housing and, at the same time, save time and money, TEG is assembling an Investment team and will be investing hundreds of thousands of personal, donated, and Federal and State Loans/Grants to purchase Multi-Family apartment communities to add to TEG’s inventory an additional
50 to 100 new available apartment homes for qualified VASH and other Section 8 families with good, clean, and affordable rental housing.
TEG plans to add over 100 new apartment homes in three stages over the next 3 years. Within the next 6 years, TEG plans to add an additional 1,000 (one thousand) new available apartment homes for qualified VASH and other Section 8 families with good, clean, affordable rental housing in San Diego County and beyond.

The Mission
As of 2020, The ELOHIM GROUP Foundation (TEG) is a six year old faith-based, non-profit organization who continues to team up with HUD (Housing & Urban Development) through local VASH (Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) and Section 8 programs to provide Discounted, Controlled Rental housing for Military Veterans and other low income families in San Diego County.
While others can provide food and clothing,
TEG can help to provide “Shelter,” another basic human (family) need.
Our Need
In order to accomplish TEG’s Solution and Mission (see above), we need to raise $500,000 now in order to purchase first Mult-Family Apartment Community by March, 2022.
We at TEG will pray and exercise our faith and thereby believe God will lead others to participate in leaving this Legacy called The Elohim Group Foundation (TEG) by ACTIVELY and PASSIVELY underwriting part of our Solution and Mission (See Below).
TEG’s Executive Officers have already set aside over $200,000 additional dollars (skin in the game) as an Active Direct Donation to TEG.
