Current Housing:

CURRENT HOMES

  • 6 Homes in El Cajon. Status: ALL RENTED to VASH (Military Veterans) and Section 8.
  • 1 Home in Santee. Status: RENTED to Section 8.

FUTURE PROJECTS:

TEG’s Solution and Mission is to purchase our first Multi-Famiy Apartment Community in March of 2022. We will need to raise $500,000 before March 2022t.  TEG is adding our first of many Multi-Family Apartment Communities to expand our ability to provide more housing for families in need.

In order to create more housing and, at the same time, save time and money, TEG has assembled an investment team and will be investing hundreds of thousands of personal, donated, and construction Loan/Grant dollars to purchase TEG's first of many Multi-Family Apartment Communities to add to TEG’s inventory an additional 50 to 100+ new available homes for qualified VASH and other Section 8 families with good, clean, and affordable rental housing.

TEG plans to add over 100 new homes in three stages over the next 3 years. Within the next 6 years, TEG plans to add an additional 1,000 (one thousand) new available apartment homes for qualified VASH and other Section 8 families with good, clean, affordable rental housing in San Diego County and beyond.
